The ATA has several important committees for our members to serve on.

By-Laws - made up of ATA members for the purpose of reviewing the by-laws and discussing by-law changes (Chair: TBA)

Negotiations - made up of ATA members who bargain the contract every one to three years with the school committee (Chair: Chris Saulnier)

Grievance - made up of Executive Board members to address grievances at the building level and, if necessary, bring the grievance to higher levels (Chair: Brett Casey)

Sick Leave Bank Committee - made up of Executive Board Members and administration to discuss applications to the sick leave bank (Chair: TBA)

Fundraising Committee - made up of ATA members who plan and run our yearly scholarship fundraisers (Chair: Lisa Carvalho)

Scholarship Committee - made up of ATA members who review applications and distribute scholarships for the ATA, Acushnet PTO, Acushnet Lions Club, PJ Keating, Acushnet Historical Society, and Acushnet Alumni Association. (Chair: Lisa Carvalho)

End of Year Party Committee - made up of ATA members who plan our annual end of year party (Chair: Dolores Dumas)
